PRIVACY NOTICE

We provide casting or actor screening services, helping filmmakers around the world and in Lithuania to find Lithuanian actors or performers of mass scenes. As part of our services, we are constantly working with you and your data, so this privacy notice is to answer your questions regarding the protection of your personal data.

We may process your personal data listed below which we receive directly from you or your employer:

3. Do you share information about me with anyone?  Do you transfer my data outside the European Economic Area?

Your personal data may be disclosed to our clients, service providers, such as our accounting service provider, legal service providers, service providers that we hire in case of large projects and that help us to carry out the casting process. Your data may also be disclosed to our service providers whose information systems or services we use, such as Google Ireland Limited, Microsoft Corp, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, etc. 

Your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities or law enforcement agencies, but only where required by applicable law or in order to protect our rights and legitimate interests, as well as the rights and interests of our customers, business partners.

If we transfer personal data outside European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the GDPR. For example, the IT companies listed above either have data centers in the European Economic Area and/or belong to the Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/s).


4. How do you protect my data?

We have the following organizational measures in place: we have a security policy for information resources and technical resources that sets out the overall information security management of the organization, we have allocated responsibilities, we have staff confidentiality and access control to personal data, we have hardware and software management, we have procedures for managing personal data breaches and incidents, and we strive to regularly update our knowledge of personal data protection.

We also have the following technical measures in place: access control, database protection, workstation protection, data backup, mobile devices are protected, physical security.
